Haskap Berry Crumble

Preparation

    • 1. Preheat the over to 350 degrees F.

    Filling

    • - 4 cups of fresh Haskap berries
    • - 1 cup of sugar or sweetener of your choice
    • - 1/2 cup of flour
    • 1. Mix berries, sugar and flour in a bowl then transfer to a 9x9" baking dish.

    Crumble Topping

    • - 1 cup of flour (any kind)
    • - 1 cup of quick cooking oats
    • - 1/2 cup of brown sugar
    • - 1/2 cup of butter
    • 1. Mix by hand in a bowl.
    • 2. Spread over berries in a baking dish.
    • 3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Assembly

    • - Filling
    • - Crumble Topping
    • 1. Gently remove the baked dish onto a serving plate.
    • 2. Cut into small bite-sized chunks
    • 3. Generously sprinkle crumble topping over pie
